Our Mission

STEMducate is a tax-exempt charitable organization dedicated to creating resources and opportunities to promote STEM education to students from a young age to increase their curiosity and imagination. Our goal is to expose students to STEM opportunities and careers, enabling them to dream big and make their dreams a reality. We provide positive and powerful opportunities and experiences in STEM fields for people of all ages through a variety of initiatives, including programs, competitions, curriculum development, and events. These initiatives assist in enticing students toward becoming the next innovators, educators, researchers, and leaders. We aim to reduce the number of unfilled jobs due to the lack of specialized skills, that are needed to perform job tasks.

Our Initiatives

A Bit of Background

STEMducate was founded in 2019 by Zack Okun, as a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating and sharing the importance of STEM learning for all age groups. STEM education promotes real-world critical thinking skills that focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Making A Difference

RAISE MONEY TO HELP ADVANCE SCHOOLS

Helping The Community

At STEMducate, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. Raising money to help modernize and advance schools is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area. We understand and realize the financial burden that STEM education causes. We are always striving to make a difference to alleviate this burden, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

ADVOCATING THE IMPORTANCE OF STEM EDUCATION

Reinforcing our Commitment

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for students in the future. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today. We offer AIM Kits for students and teachers that include the necessary materials to create cool STEM projects and discover STEM experiences.

ROBOTICS OUTREACH

One Step at a Time

With our mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for tasks with the sole priority to use engineering and technology to make everyday tasks easier. Robotics Outreach is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. We help schools compete in numerous robotics competitions including FIRST Robotics, VEX, and Skills USA. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.

SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Teaching the future

Through our goal of educating and empowering the future leaders of our world through education, we have developed free curricula and videos for teachers to use around the country. Teachers use this free curriculum to teach their students about STEAM principles. This curriculum is in use in over 25 schools, from elementary to high school. It is our honor to offer this curriculum for free for all educators and parents hoping to teach new ideas to students.

STEM EVENTS AND PROGRAMS

Engaging Students

In our effort to expand the reach of STEM education and market its fun, empowering, and important aspects, we have created a series of events and programs for students and adults to complete. One of our newer events is the STEMducate STEM Olympiad, a team competition event in which students will compete to solve STEM Challenges. Along with this, STEMducate offers summer programs for students of all ages, in which they will learn important STEM skills and develop an interest in STEM careers.

“We will always have STEM with us. Some things will drop out of the public eye and will go away, but there will always be science, engineering, and technology. And there will always, always be mathematics.”
